For public Puja celebrations in the CMC area, the CM waives ground rent

Naveen Patnaik, the chief minister of Odisha, has ordered that no ground rent would be paid for public puja festivities this year in the region of the Cuttack Metropolitan Corporation during the wet season. In response to requests from numerous worship committees and neighborhood MLAs, the Chief Minister made this choice while taking into consideration the cultural and spiritual beliefs of the general populace.

As a result, there won’t be any ground rent fees for the different puja celebrations that are temporarily organized in the government building during the wet season in the Cuttack Metropolitan Corporation region. Numerous pujas, including those for Karthikeshwar, Lakshmi, Durga, and Kali will be held in the coming days.
