Dikhyaa Mohanty 
Three State Information Commissioners, Pranabindu Acharya, Pabitra Mandal, and Kalpana Pattnaik, took the oath of office and secrecy on Friday, together with Manoj Kumar Parida, the recently appointed Chief Information Commissioner of Odisha. At Raj Bhavan, Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati administered the oath of office.
The appointment orders for the Chief Information Commissioner and the State Information Commissioners were read out by Sanjay Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary of the Information and Public Relations Department, after the Governor gave his consent.
Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida, Odisha Assembly Speaker Surama Padhi, ministers Suresh Pujari, Prithiviraj Harichandan, and KC Patra, as well as Justice Satrughana Pujahari, chairperson of the Odisha Human Rights Commission, State Information Commissioner Susanta Kumar Mohanty, and senior officials from several departments, were among the distinguished dignitaries who attended the event.
