Under the mandate delivered by the Ministry of Law and Justice today, the Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority (EPCA) has been broken down and supplanted by a commission including more than 20 individuals.
“The statute might be known as the Commission for Air Quality Management In National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Ordinance 2020.
