ORGANIC CHEMISTRY: organic chemistry by O.P Tandon explains concepts very well.

PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY: physical chemistry by O.P Tandon is one of the best for physical chemistry.

INORGANIC CHEMISTRY: Inorganic chemistry by J.D Lee is one of the best inorganic chemistry.

But never ever forget to refer to your class notes and your institution‘s workbooks. Try to solve as many as mock tests possible.
