With a great mindset and a soft corner for the animals the 2nd year B.tech(mech-automobile) boy, Smarak Das came up with the idea of LIVECEL. At a very young age, Smarak Das focused and brought out the next-level start-up with his innovative and fresh business strategies.
What is LIVCEL?
LIVCEL is a digital stage that aims to revolutionize the way we look out for our pets. Whereas the online space is overflowed with websites and apps that offer pet nourishments and embellishments only, LIVCEL could be a one-stop destination for everything related to pets. Whether it’s food, adornments, supplements, antibodies, medicine, vet consultation, information on breeders, trainers, and anything else, you’ll discover it at LIVCEL. As of now, a group of four veterinary doctors and four trainee doctors are rendering their select services.

LIVCEL is a rapidly evolving and dynamic platform that has the potential to transform the pet care space in Odisha through its innovative and technology-driven approach. Although pets are a big part of our lives both in urban and rural spaces, there is hardly any quality pet care service available in Odisha and LIVCEL is all set to change that.

A consultation is a holistic approach based on the needs of the pet parents and the requirements as well that are needed for a specific pet. Along with this, they also provide vet consultancy services online and soon they will be moving into the offline space too. One of the unique services that LIVCEL is offering is a mobile operating theatre that can reach any- where and anytime and take up cases of emergency. The multi-specialty mobile vet clinic will have a state-of-the-art infrastructure equipped.

With the latest tools and equipment for any kind of treatment and surgery along with a highly trained and skilled staff and with their innovative, transformational technologies, applied research and Al based tools, LIVCEL is well on a path to make the world a better place for both pets and pet parents.
The idea of LIVCEL was born when CEO Bipin Kumar Tulo realized that there is no easy way to access a vet, lack of quality this unique idea and make it accessible to people across India and make it a pan-India company.

Apart from online services, LIVCEL will soon be launching a mobile pet clinic in February 2022 which will be a first of its kind in Bhubaneswar and Odisha and it will be a prototype for their offline services. Infrastructure in terms of operating theatres, lack of online platforms for medication, lack of availability of locally made pet food, non-availability of pet baby care, and lack of a knowledge-sharing platform, and thus he decided to solve all these problems and LIVCEL was born in August 2021.
