In a shocking incident, former BJP Cheif Minister BS Yediyurappa’s Grand Daughter has committed suicide. Even though it seems that Soundarya has died by suicide, the police officials have registered a case of “unnatural death”.
Soundarya was a doctor and the daughter of Mr. Yediyurappa’s second daughter Padmavathi. She married a colleague at her hospital, Dr. Neeraj S, in 2018. The police said on Friday, her husband left for the hospital and she stayed at home. When the help arrived, she kept knocking but no one opened the door. She then called Neeraj S, who called on his wife’s phone but got no response.
Preliminary reports have suggested that she was battling depression. More reports on this story are yet to come.
