As far as the provision of the gap is concerned it can not set up a treasury hospital in a village it needs to be accessible for a multitude. For instance, all great hospitals are in the state capitals. You can set up an infrastructure, but you need man power to run the show.
To bring quality healthcare available to the not so geographically feasible areas.It is about the geographic distribution of a healthcare model. You make the Primary care available in the villages. Secondary care being set up at a stretch of 10 primary care centres. Treasury care being set up clubbing out 10 secondary centres.
Oscillating between being a doctor, more off the COO and personal life is make your availabilility 24*7 Operating from this seat is synonymous to the commitment to serve at given point of time. We hardly think of it, but it is the aid from the family, which enables me to deliver whole heartedly. Moving out of the bed at 9 in the night. It is possible as family is supportive.

AS: Technology is for precision. It aids in reducing the time a patient spends in the hospital. That’s the comfort a patient should be procured with.

AS: It is not the AI but human intelligence which needs to keep the check list intact. At no point the trust on AI should supersede human intelligence.

AS: You cannot have profitability in absence of ethical practice and incessant service. But if we want to mention it in such terms it is financially profit, clinically a healthy patient walking out and in terms of professional satisfaction it is outstanding,

AS: The government set up is quite Herculean but any institution has two parts. The strategy and the implementation. So the strategies are flawless only that it is people dependent.
