Yamunotri Dham portals will open on April 22

This year, the gates of Yamunotri Dham, which is a stop on the Char Dham Yatra, will open on April 22 at 12:35 p.m. in Uttarakhand’s Uttarkashi district, according to officials with knowledge of the situation. According to one of the officials previously mentioned, the Yamunotri Temple Committee decided the precise time for the opening of the portals on the occasion of Yamuna Jayanti (Monday) following prayers to Goddess Yamuna at Khushimath in the district.

On April 22, Maa Yamuna’s Utsav Doli will arrive on the grounds of the Yamunotri temple at 8:25 am, and that day, the shrine gates will be opened for the faithful at 12:41 pm.Pushkar Singh Dhami, the chief minister of Uttarakhand, has directed the relevant agencies to wrap up the Char Dham Yatra preparations by April 15. The number of registrations for the Char Dham Yatra has reached 6.4 lakh, according to state tourism minister Satpal Maharaj, who also noted that there is enthusiasm among the pilgrims for the pilgrimage. This establishes the time for all Char Dham shrines to open their portals.On April 22 at 12.35 am, the Gangotri Dham’s portals will open. According to the officials, the entrances to Badrinath Dham will open at 7.10 am on April 27 and those to Kedarnath Dham at 6.20 am on April 25 for devotees.
