A new and improved Mainland China, Speciality Restaurants’ two-decade-old flagship restaurant brand, debuted in the capital city on Tuesday. The restaurant has been redone a decade after its inception in the City of Temples, with beautiful interiors and a new menu that promises authentic Chinese cuisine and much more.
While a large sushi bar has been added, a separate private dining room has been created to enhance the dining experience for families. The hotel also has a live dimsum counter where you can sample some of the more exotic dimsums. A similar selection is available for vegetarians.
Anjan Chatterjee, MD of Speciality Restaurants Ltd, stated that while some of the most popular items from the restaurant’s initial menu in 1993 have been reinstated, the main focus will be on unique dishes curated with younger foodies in mind. The restaurant’s highlight is a Jain Chinese menu, which features Chinese dishes without onion or garlic.
