Ales Bialiatski wins Noble Peace Prize

According to the official announcement made on October 7 at the Norwegian Nobel Institute in Oslo, the Belarusian human rights activist Ales Bialiatski, the Russian human rights organisation Memorial, and the Ukrainian human rights organisation Center for Civil Liberties are the recipients of this year’s Nobel Peace Prize.
