ACPL Born & Inspiration :- Every successful company indeed has a story before its success, and for ACPL, that story began with a simple but powerful belief: a home is not just a structure of bricks and cement; it is the foundation of a family’s dreams, security, and future. When I became a part of ACPL’s journey, I saw an opportunity to contribute to something meaningful in Odisha’s growing real estate landscape. I was inspired by the need for quality housing that combines trust, transparency, affordability, and modern living standards. Many people aspire to own a home, but they often face concerns about quality, timely delivery, and reliability. ACPL was born with the vision of addressing these concerns and creating spaces where families can truly feel proud and secure.
2. Real estate has traditionally been a male-dominated industry. As a woman leading one of Odisha’s emerging construction companies, what challenges have you faced, and how did those experiences shape your leadership?
Challenges as a woman in a real estate & leadership impact:- I believe that leadership is not determined by gender but by vision, integrity, and the ability to inspire others. Over the years, every challenge has strengthened my confidence and taught me valuable lessons in patience, resilience, communication, and decision-making. These experiences have helped shape my leadership style, which is based on collaboration, transparency, and respect for every member of the team. At ACPL, I strive to create an inclusive work culture where talent and dedication are valued above all else. I encourage innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning because great projects are built by empowered people. I also hope my journey inspires more women to explore careers in real estate, construction, and entrepreneurship. With determination, hard work, and the right mindset, women can lead successfully in any industry and make a meaningful impact.
3. When people buy a home, they invest not just money but emotions and dreams. How does ACPL ensure that every project reflects that responsibility?
Honouring the emotional responsibility of home buying:- As an women Entrepreneur and also Architect I understand that a home is much more than a building—it is where families create memories and build their future. My architectural background helps me to focus on thoughtful design, functionality, quality construction, transparency, timely deliver . Every project is built with the same care and responsibility that we would expect for our own families, ensuring our customers receive not just a house, but a place they are proud to call home.
At ACPL, we carefully understand customer needs and aim to create homes that are comfortable, sustainable and built with honesty. I believe our growth as a company is strongly connected to our Architectural values and our commitment towards the Customer.

As a woman entrepreneur, I lead with discipline, empathy, and accountability. 7. Every entrepreneur encounters setbacks. Can you share a challenging phase in ACPL’s journey and explain how you and your team overcame it?
A challenging phase & how we overcame it:- ACPL has faced challenging phases, especially during periods of market uncertainty and rising construction costs. Instead of seeing these as obstacles, we viewed them as opportunities to improve our planning, strengthen teamwork, and maintain transparent communication with our customers. With resilience, dedication, and the support of our team, we overcame those challenges while staying committed to quality and trust. Those experiences made us stronger and more focused on our long-term vision. With teamwork, persistence and belief that “ A building may Start with a design, but a company grows with people and vision”.
8. Leadership is about people as much as projects. How do you motivate your teams, architects, engineers, and site staff to work toward a common vision?
Motivating teams toward a common vision:- Leadership, for me, is about inspiring people through trust, respect, and teamwork. I motivate my architects, engineers, and site staff by maintaining open communication, appreciating their efforts, and encouraging them to share ideas. When every team member feels valued and understands our common goal of delivering quality homes, they work with greater dedication and pride. Together, we focus on creating projects that reflect excellence and customer satisfaction.
9. Odisha’s real estate landscape is evolving rapidly. What opportunities do you see in Tier-2 cities like Balasore, and how do you envision ACPL contributing to that transformation?
Opportunities in Tier-2 cities like Balasore & ACPL’s role :- Tier-2 cities like Balasore have tremendous growth potential due to improving infrastructure, industrial development, better connectivity, and increasing demand for quality housing. These cities offer an opportunity to create modern, affordable, and sustainable communities.
