On this day of Ram Navami, Federal Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan and Ashwini Vaishnaw launched off the first run of the Bhadrak-Nayagarh Town-Bhadrak MEMU at Cuttack Railway Station. This train departed Cuttack Station towards Bhadrak on the first day. Nevertheless, the regular service won’t start until March 31, 2023.
Addressing at the event, Vaishnaw said that the public’s desires will be met by a direct rail link between Bhadrak and the Nayagarh District and by linking five districts of the State through significant cities like Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, and Cuttack.
