Manoj Tripathy hails from a very affluent family of Puri born in 1970. He holds multiple degrees, including B.Sc, LLB, and MBA, after being taught by the cream of Indian academics. In addition, he is a graduate of RLI. Rtn. Manoj is also known for his love for travel, he had visited Japan, Singapore, Bangkok, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, and Vietnam, to name a few. With over a decade of experience in various leadership roles, he had addressed a global audience as the MD of Satyabadi Construction Pvt. Ltd. in many corporate meetings held overseas since 1997. He had received the Indian achiever award as a young real estate professional.

His Social movement began in 2002 , when he joined the Rotary Club of Shri Jagannath Dam. He inspired his members to make the largest donation to The Rotary Foundation in the club’s two-decade history, more than USD 17,000. From 2017 to 2018, he was the recipient of numerous awards, including Platinum President, Platinum Club, RI citation, DG recognition Award, and 34 others. He was named Outstanding Assistant Governor for 2019-20. From 2021 to 2022, he served as Zonal chairman.

What inspired to be in a real estate sector?

Ever since my childhood I had a dream to become an industrialist and out of all the industries the real estate industry fascinated me the most . As a real estate professional, you won’t find yourself boxed into the confines of the typical 9-5 workday. One of the most exciting aspects of the real estate profession according me is that the you will find variety from one day to the next and the independence that goes along with it. Every single day you will learn new things.

How did you set up your brand Satyabadi Construction amid a tough market to succeed?

I entered into the real estate sector with the motto of affordable housing. With every step of success my motto became stronger. Starting from the beginning to till today I mainly focus on most affordable housing.

Post pandemic, how do you see your growth of real estate sector in Odisha?

Undoubtedly the real estate sector faced a massive fall during the pandemic but slowly with the help of govt. we are coming back on track.

What is your future plan to take your company to the next level?

We have started 2 massive affordable housing projects in puri and Bhubaneshwar. Also in addition to that we have many other small projects too.

What makes you soothing in your busy life?

I think,it’s all about hanging around successful people & keeping promises intact what I say.Most importantly, I try to lead a simple & meaningful lifestyle.
