Genocidal Graffitis spotted in walls of JNU

In a statement, the institution said, “The Vice Chancellor, Prof Santishree D Pandit has taken a serious notice of the occurrence of defacement of walls and faculty rooms by some unknown persons in SIS, JNU. These on-campus exclusivist tendencies are condemned by the administration. “The VC has requested that the Dean, School of International Studies, and Grievances Committee investigate and report back as soon as possible. JNU promotes equality and inclusion. The VC affirms that there is zero tolerance for violence of any kind on campus,” it continued.

A JNU teachers’ organisation blamed the “left-liberal gang” for the egregious vandalism, together with the RSS-affiliated Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad.
