Glenn Phillips removes Marnus Labuschagne with a one-handed diving catch akin to Superman

In a breathtaking one-handed diving catch on Saturday, Glenn Phillips eliminated Marnus Labuschagne of Australia.On Day 2 of their continuing second Test match in Christchurch on Saturday, Australia scored 256 runs in the first innings in response to New Zealand’s total of 162 runs. Before being all out, the visitors scored an additional 132 runs with their last six wickets.Marnus Labuschagne scored a solid ninety to lead his team in their innings. Labuschagne’s knock in the final over before lunch was halted by a spectacular one-handed catch by Glenn Phillips in the gully, which kept him from reaching his century.

In this two-match series, Australia, who won the first Test, will be seeking to win the entire series. New Zealand, meanwhile, will aim for a tying series conclusion. Australia enjoyed many positives from the first Test match, including 174* from Cameron Green and eight wickets from Henry, as they won by 172 runs.
Even though he batted admirably, Pat Cummins was the last wicket to fall. Cummins hit Ben Sears for three fours and a six as he hammered 23 off 22 balls. But Henry came back to dismiss Cummins and Starc, giving Australia a 94-run lead. After struggling in the first innings, hosts New Zealand will be looking to bounce back with a solid batting performance in the second.
