In April 2024, he formally founded EMPR Exports Pvt. Ltd. The company, headquartered in India, operates across global hubs including Dubai, Bangkok, and Qatar. In alliance with international refinery partners, EMPR Exports facilitates large-scale oil and petroleum product deals, serving only vetted and financially capable buyers under strict protocols of trust, verification, and certification. Every transaction reflects precision and discipline, values that Mr. Rion insists are non-negotiable. In an industry where credibility is everything, EMPR stands tall as a young yet reliable name.
What makes Mr. Rion stand apart, however, is not just the scale of the business but his vision for the future. He does not see himself merely as a broker but as a future oil merchant exporter, directly licensed by global refineries, with aspirations of scaling operations to hundreds of millions of dollars each month.
