In order to provide a comprehensive institutional framework for multidisciplinary cooperation in healthcare research and medical education, the Institute of Medical Sciences & SUM Hospital and SigmaMozak Solutions of Hyderabad inked a Memorandum of Understanding. Healthcare research, digital health, medical education, communication science, AI-enabled healthcare systems, and public health innovation are all included in the agreement’s scope of partnership.
Pradipta Kumar Nanda, Vice-Chancellor of SOA, and Shweta Sharma, Co-Founder and CEO of SigmaMozak Solutions Pvt Ltd, signed the Memorandum of Understanding. IMS and SUM Hospital is the SOA Deemed to be University’s medical faculty. In order to further translational healthcare research, technology-enabled healthcare communication systems, AI-assisted training systems, digital health innovation, and educational initiatives, both sides recognized the importance of academic-industry partnership and signed the agreement.
AI-enabled healthcare communication systems, digital health, healthcare analytics and patient engagement, simulation-based learning, community health system strengthening, public health innovation and behavioral health initiatives, AI-assisted communication assessment and training, grant-supported healthcare innovation programs, and healthcare workforce capacity building initiatives are just a few of the areas in which the two parties agreed to work together. In addition to conducting collaborative publications, national and international research and innovation partnerships, and other mutually agreed-upon healthcare, academic, research, and innovation activities, both parties will jointly organize workshops, conferences, and dissemination activities.
