Vinay Namdeo is an author of around 18 books which are written in various fiction and fiction categories in both Hindi and English languages. He is an engineer and currently an aspiring civil servant but his love for writing stories and poems dates back to his childhood. From a small age he started developing interest in writing and achieved some awards and prints in magazines. He wants to rejuvenate the lost bond between men and books. He wants to reach every individual through his words.
Most of his non fiction books are based on social genre and fiction books are based on day to day life and romance of humans. Apart from writing, he has keen love for gardening. He also loves to cook various dishes and sometimes paint an art.
‘Musafir’ is his latest work in fiction category written in Hindi. Interview Times had a detailed conversation with him, below are the excerpts,

Q1-What inspired you to become a writer?
Answer – I used to write poems during my school years but in the year 2020, when the lockdown was imposed and we got some spare time I thought about jotting down some stories and I succeed in it. In my opinion, writing is a good way to express emotions and feelings. It is a weapon of words.
Q2- From where do you source your ideas for writing books?
Answer- I am a student of sociology and I think there are infinite sources in our society that can become a very good topic and source for compiling quality novels and stories.

Q3-Who is your motivation and why?
Answer– In everyone’s life, there are some dreams which can’t be transformed into reality. I am no exception. These incomplete dreams and expectations are my source of motivation because they always attract me towards them and made me to convert them into a literary piece of work.
Q4- What are your hobbies?
Answer– My hobbies are gardening, painting, and cooking various dishes. Apart from these, I have a keen interest in analyzing society and people.
Q5- You are the author of 18 books, how do you feel about this achievement?
Answer– Indeed it a big achievement for me to write 18 books in a short span of time and I want to write many more with more interesting stories. I feel blessed and overwhelmed with joy that people are reading my stories. They are able to connect with characters and overall like my work.
Q6- What are your future goals?
Answer– My goal revolves around the thought that I want to make a strong bond between men and books. I have set my aim to be a renowned writer of my country.
