Let’s meet the young 24 year old , from Shindhkheda , Dhule , Maharashtra who has made a special mark in the hearts of Indian Audience. Although Ravi Singh was quite known for his choreography and Marathi Album feature the young lad is rising to fame after he featured in Samay Raina led Latent. His unique style of speaking with audience with this captivating card magic stole everyone’s heart. Let us read his exclusive Interview with Journalist Subhechcha Ganguly on Interview Times.
Q1) We are so glad to have you here. Congratulations on all the love you have got after Latent ! Tell us a bit about how was your experience there.
Ans : Latent was such a good platform and definitely made a significant mark in my life. All the participants were from different spheres of life and had different skills to showcase. I am really lucky that my performance was loved by all, and not only that being represented amongst such a large audience was genuinely an additional point for me .
Q2) As we know Card Magic and Specially mind reading are quite off beat topics to be considered as a profession ! Was it same from where you belong or did you always get the support ? Also a lot of audience can to know about Shindhkheda , Dhule from your performance , How do you feel?
Ans : Initially honestly , people had a sense of question about my skills. Also in a lot of places Cards – rather playing with cards is not considered a very good thing to do, but after people came to know about it and the actual art from Latent , people slowly but steadily have started accepting it as something meaningful.
It is always a matter of happiness and pride when people come to know about your state and district from your talent. It now gives me immense happiness that my skills have not only brought happiness into the minds of people but also added a sense of recognition to my state.
Q3) Everyone has some purpose or a goal that they want to achieve in their lives! What is your goal with the wonderful skills you have acquired?
Ans : I actually want to make people smile. In today’s age everyone is very busy in their fast paced lives and I want to be the source of happiness in the lives of few people. This would actually give me immense happiness if I am able to add to something meaningful in people’s life .
Q4) This is actually very rare, that in the place where everyone is striving for fame and recognition , you are looking towards something genuine, Do you like connecting with your fans and people who like your mind reading and magic skills.
Ans : Definitely it is one of the most important things , that I always look forward too. I love talking to people and connecting with them. I really feel grateful when people love the shows and have positive feedbacks about it. It is because of them I perform , so it makes me very happy and I really look forward to talking to them and connecting with them after shows .
