Masum’s estate company provides interior design, architectural design, construction, Vastu, landscaping design. She has been awarded the business awards in 2018. And that is one of her proudest moments, says Masum.

Masum Mohapatra is presently running a real estate business company named MID DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION. She is one of the most successful entrepreneurs. She has struggled all her life to achieve this goal. Masum says it was my childhood dream which made me successful & will love to help the next generation of the youngster to become the most successful generation of leading real estate.

Many women are living in corporate life because their jobs aren’t inspiring them anymore. She believed that starting a business allows us to find meaning & gives us the ability to leave behind a legacy that we can be proud of. To be successful, we need to find work that we are passionate about. She is doing the same. She says, In the difficult time of the pandemic, there was a lot of disappointment & sorrow. Due to the covid 19 outbreak, a business that can still operate were bring challenged with how best to ensure business continuity. By following the proper guidelines by the government, they were running their operation while minimizing the risk of community spread of the covid -19 virus, sustaining productivity levels, thus protecting the business & most importantly our business. As we all know Business life is just like human life. There are happy times & then there are bad times. It’s true that the human breathes & races up in every up & down of life & career. she believes that during bad times you shouldn’t give up. You should always try to get ahead. She wholeheartedly thanks her family for always supporting her. As they are always with her no matter how hard the situation is. she believes that patience is the key to moving towards this successful businesswoman world. Masum has a lot of plans, and she is even planning to provide better living conditions & residents to the people of rural areas with limited & affordable Budgets.

She says, I am working in this field for 9 years & I found limited women are working in this field. I believe that being in this field was a good decision. She looks forward to this firm where she can see that maximum women should inspire by her to get a better version of themselves.
