Its core objective is to revive and strengthen women-led Self-Help Groups and guide them toward sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Under the strategic direction of the leadership team, the program has helped transform inactive SHGs into active community enterprises by providing training, awareness programs, and linkages with government schemes.

Throughout his career, he has been closely involved in areas such as plant commissioning, process stabilization, cost optimization, and efficiency improvement. According to the project report, more than 329 women members have benefited from these capacity-building interventions, with several SHGs beginning local production and marketing of their products.
In addition to economic empowerment, the program also promotes awareness around health, hygiene, and nutrition through events such as Women’s Day, National Nutrition Day, Breastfeeding Week, and Global Handwashing Day.
