For the session of 2022-23 best tribal students of the periphery villages of darlipalli stpp, sundargarh are to be selected for admission in the next academic session in the Bal Bharati public school, NTPC-darlipalli with transportation facility. This facility would be provided to the students to commute home to school by the NTPC management.
They have also announced, financial support of rs.1.0 cr. For construction of English medium school building and purchase of furniture and bus in Kalahandi district: Ramakrishna ashram Rampur, kalahandi for taking care of tribal students in the area including procurement of 82.5 KVA diesel generator set to Ramakrishna mission for its tribal students hostel at Bhubaneswar.
Development of 02 NTPC smart classrooms at BN Bidyapitha, Athgarh and supply of tools & machinery to govt. ITI, Bhubaneswar for promotion of baker &confection trades, supply of sports equipment to loyola school, Bhubaneswar wherein sizable number of students are from SC/ST & OBC category and from the nearby slum dwellings. Construction of 6 toilets for girls’ hostel and common bathing facilities for girls at loyola school located at Pajikeri, Kandhamal district.
Support to underprivileged hearing-impaired girls through vasudha ladies club, supply of utensils to satyabhama devi higher secondary school for hearing impaired, Bhubaneswar which is imparting education to the hearing-impaired girl students through our vasudha ladies club, Bhubaneswar, supply and installation of electronic sanitary napkin vending machine with incinerator for girls’ students of satyabhama devi school for hearing impaired, Bhubaneswar which is also imparting education to the hearing-impaired girl students through our vasudha ladies club, Bhubaneswar, supplies of electrical appliances to satyabhama devi higher secondary school for hearing impaired.
On the cultural side procurement and distribution of national flag under Har-ghar-tiranga Campaign of govt. Of India for the nearby slum dwellers in Bhubaneswar. Also distributing drinking water for the underprivileged tribals apart from this 1 lakh drinking water bottle (500 ml bisleri) are to be distributed for rath yatra at Puri has been distributed amongst the devotees and pilgrims during the Rath Yatra.
Provisions of ro based water filters having capacity of five hundred liters per hour for the SC & ST development schools. Total 12 schools have been identified from sundergarh, Rourkela, tudalaga, gurundiya, balisankara, aleikera&tileikani for this and provisions of borewell for the girls’ hostel at loyola school located at pajikeri, kandhamal district. Some health related csr activities are to be done as 500 bedded govt. medical college & hospital constructed at sundargarh, having extensive medical facilities, state of the art medical equipment’s and fully furnished accommodation for students and faculties.
There are 100 seats available for this academic session 2022-23 and construction of operating room complex at mtc campus, lvpei Bhubaneswar and lastly financial supports of rs.19.87 cr. For construction & equipment of burn unit at Aiims, Bhubaneswar.All the above projects are thanks to the visionary leadership of Mr. Ashim Kumar Goswami, Regional Executive Director NTPC to make sure timely actions to implement those projects in the concerned area.
