The Red-Cross Rapid Response Group of Dhenkanal distributed masks, sanitizers, soaps, hair oil, shampoo, and biscuits to the mentally challenged children of Jibanjyoti College of Special Education situated near Govindpur in Dhenkanal Sadar block.The volunteers of the Red-Cross Rapid Response Group did a thermal temperature check and checked the oxygen saturation level of more than fifty children and fifteen staff living there. A sanitizing dispenser was also provided to them.
The living rooms of the college was sanitized and cleaned after which dry food was distributed among the children living there.
The Red-Cross Rapid Response Group, Dhenkanal led by Social activist and Red-Cross patron Rajkishor Behera is constantly engaged in different humanitarian activities across the town and is being praised for such selfless drives across the district.
