Sanjay Singh leaves jail one day after being granted bail in an excise policy case

The ED did not object, and the Supreme Court granted Sanjay Singh bail. In October, he was taken into custody in relation to the excise policy matter.Sanjay Singh, the leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), left Tihar Jail on Wednesday, one day after the Supreme Court granted him bail in the Delhi excise policy case. Now is the moment to put forth effort. The two most prominent members of our party, Arvind Kejriwal and Satyendar Jain, remain incarcerated. I have no doubt that eventually the prison’s locks will be breached, allowing them to escape. After his release, Singh stated, “This is why I want to say that this is not the time to celebrate, this is the time to struggle.”

Singh was ordered not to tamper with the evidence or influence witnesses in the case earlier in the day by a Delhi court. Singh was also ordered by Special Judge Kaveri Baweja to turn in his passport, notify it of his destination before departing the National Capital Region, and always have his phone’s location on. The AAP Rajya Sabha MP was granted bail by the highest court panel after the ED stated it had no concerns. Judges Sanjiv Khanna, Dipankar Datta, and P B Varale made up the bench that declared that although the AAP leader may carry on with his political activities, he was not permitted to comment on the case.
