Yogi Adityanath, Uttar Pradesh’s chief minister, met with actors from Bollywood on Thursday in Mumbai to promote his state as one that supports the film industry. He was pushed by Suniel Shetty, a participant who represented Bollywood, to assist the Hindi film business in winning back the public’s respect and love.Shetty claimed on Thursday that 99% of Bollywood does not use drugs and instead concentrates on working hard to connect with the public. As a result, it is crucial to get rid of the popular hashtag #BoycottBollywood in order to improve the industry’s reputation.
There may be a bad fruit in the basket and this hashtag has to be deleted, but not all of us are like that. Because our songs and tales have a global reach, the stigma must be eliminated. Please make PM Narendra Modi aware of this as well. Notably, the UP Chief Minister visited Mumbai for two days in order to promote Uttar Pradesh as the “most film-friendly state in India.” He met Shetty, Akshay Kumar, Subhash Ghai, Jackie Shroff, Rajkumar Santoshi, Manmohan Shetty, Jackie Bhagnani, Sonu Nigam, Kailash Kher, and Boney Kapoor on Thursday to finish up his tour.
