Skilled manpower was another issue. There is a sorry state in this market to get efficient manpower so we had to really work on that aspect. Besides, there is acceptance of brands established outside our state than the local brands. Therefore we had to start from the scratch,” she recollects.
Speaking about the response so far, she said, “Well now, with our continuous dedication, we are able to motivate people a bit. I am sure it will take time but we are committed to our services and hopefully tables will soon turn in our favour.”

While the COVID-19 pandemic brought the whole world to a standstill, the healthcare sector was also badly affected. Despite all odds and difficulties, Svasthya Clinics Pvt. Ltd continued to deliver its services to the best of its abilities. “The coronavirus-induced lockdown was not easy for us. We had our share of struggles and problems. Despite that, we were open every single day providing our services, obeying all statutory norms of the government and taking all possible precautionary measures for our staff, so that services are not hampered,” she said.
