Tulasi Sahoo born in Chauliaganja, Cuttack of Odisha the heritage city of India on 15 june 1985 father named Surendra Sahoo & mother Subhadra Devi from among others 3 sister’s & one brother, she became Matriculate from Chauliaganja Girls High School then Graduate (BA) from Kushum Devi Satsanga Women’s Degree College of Cuttack under Utkal University.

She married Dr Subash Nayak, Lecturer in Odia of Bhuban Town, Dhenkanal, her father in law Sri Rama Chandra Nayak as a famous Craftsmaster with a highly educated & cultured family, her aim for higher study, her Mother in law Bharati Devi inspired him then she qualified Master of Arts (MA) in English Literature from Utkal University with became Mother of her girl child Tejaswani Nayak (Laki).

As a Writer 4 books in her credit such as

“The Literary Journey of Sri Narendra Modi as a Poet as well as Storyteller ” (Literary Criticism ) & 3 translation books from Odia to English language such as “Saptadarshi” shortstory by Nandini Satpathy, “Priya ” poem’s by Dr Subash Nayak, “UttarPurusha “poem’s by Nandini Satpathy with awaiting publication. Her Research papers published UGC listed Journal with ISSN reputation as “Narendra Modi as a Poet as well as Storyteller ” Published “Glimpses ” International Journal, “Indian Though & English romantic poets ” in “Glimpses” Journal & “Narendra Modi the Luminous Sun of Indian Literature “Published “Rock Pebbles ” National Journal,  women invincible a reading of  “Nandini Satpathy  ” in “Rock Pebbles “Journal with highly appreciated by readers.

 Yeast and oriental though with a paper presented by rock pebbles journal and department of engineering  seminar/ conferences you have attended, that can be in national or international level

She participated National & International Seminar /Conference like – National seminar on “W B Yeats & Oriental though “with paper presented by Rock Pebbles Journal & Department of English Literature of Vyasanagar College, Jaipur, Odisha, Participated National Seminar on “Theorizing comparative literature & making a comparative study of British & Indian Cretic on English Literature ” by The Researcher’s Association of Odisha, Cuttack (a promoting Institutions to English Literature )with participated National Conference of “Kadambini Literary Festival ” Bhubaneswar with National level writer’s & participated International conference of “Panorama International Literature Festival ” by Writer’s Capital International Foundation, New Delhi with International reputation  writer’s.

Tulasi Sahoo associated with Literary Organization such as Member of “Bani Sahitya Sansad ” Bhuban, “Dhenkanal Zilla Lekhak Sansad “Dhenkanal, “Odisha Lekhika Sansad”Bhubaneswar & “Writers Capital International Foundation ” New Delhi with felicitated by Bani Sahitya Sansad, Bhuban.

Besides as a Writer, Mrs Sahoo inspired Public Service by her forefathers, her grand father in law Late Narayan Nayak working as founder WordMember of Bhuban Gram Panchayat (the biggest village of Asia ) & founder Secretary of Bhuban Cooperative Society (GreenGola), her father in law Sri Rama Chandra Nayak an important person of Bhuban Town as Craftmaster, BJP Leader, Social activities, serving as ex Councillor of Bhuban NAC by MP nominee & Veteran BJP Leader as Mandal President of BJP Bhuban NAC & District Vice President of BJP in Dhenkanal District, Mrs Sahoo filed her nomination for Direct Chairman election of Bhuban NAC by BJP Candidate then withdrew her candidature with honour State Leadership & supported BJP Chairman Candidate, but unfortunate BJD Chairman Candidate win election, She trying implemention of Various People’s Program by Narendra Modi Government in her assembly segment Kamakhyanagar of Odisha with blessing from her Political ideology Sri Prasanna Patnaik, the elected first BJP MLA of Odisha from Kamakhyanagar in 1985 with inspired by her husband Dr Subash Nayak, Professor, Litterateur, Researcher of Classical Odia Literature .
