Aggression On-Field or Pure Calmness! What’s Your Take?

By Abhishek Haridasan

The sports arena finds players of many kinds. The ones who are passionate, the others who are measured and thousands more who draw a line between aggression and absolute calmness on the field.

While the teams on the field or court gather to strategize their next move, there’s a regular conversation about how showing emotions can be construed differently!

Pure aggression: In the field of dreams, it can be something beyond comprehension to watch players make faces, howl, scream and display their aggressive nature on the field. While it might give a great release of energy, it does look weird on television, and hence drawing a line becomes essential.

Calm and Composed: A measured stance towards each game situation or outcome, a calm head with a reaction-less face gives nothing to the opposition and defines a legacy for teams. While many call it emotionless leadership, it’s been seen that think tanks appreciate members or leaders who know what to say when needed and give away absolutely nothing to the opposition.

While the verdict might be out between aggression and calmness, it’s essential to define the roles of players in a team. It’s possible that someone known to release their aggressive nature on the field can play an active role in team development, while nuanced and logic-backed players can create a future that gives plans the necessary impetus.

Perhaps co-existence is key as compared to locking horns between people with different styles of approaching life. Like everything else, finding the perfect balance and zeroing down on a particular formula for success gives hope and improves the chance of striking gold!

Play your natural game, play for the team and let the dynamics of the team assist in bringing the various titles, which enhances brand value and elevates the brand value of the team.

Teamwork makes the dream work!
