In a major push to Odisha’s aspirations of becoming a leading tech hub, Logile—a global leader in workforce management and operational optimisation—unveiled its world-class innovation centre in Bhubaneswar.Gracing the inaugural ceremony, Dr.Mukesh Mahaling, Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Parliamentary Affairs and Electronics & IT, Odisha, congratulated Logile Founder and CEO Purna Mishra and his team for choosing Bhubaneswar as their India base.
“This inauguration is not just the launch of a facility; it is the beginning of a long-term partnership between innovation and opportunity,” he said, highlighting the city’s growing reputation as an investment destination driven by proactive governance and a supportive ecosystem. In his keynote, Purna Mishra spoke about Logile’s global mission and his personal journey.
Emphasising the importance of human capital, he said, “We do not need buildings or software. We need people who will stay with us for a long time. Hence, Bhubaneswar is the city.” He noted that the city’s talent pool and strategic location made it an ideal choice for long-term growth and innovation. Vishal Kumar Dev, Principal Secretary, E& IT Department welcomed Logile to Odisha and termed its entry a major boost to the state’s tech ecosystem.
He discussed the government’s forward-thinking R&D, talent development, and infrastructure programs, saying that “just policy won’t help because it will remain on paper.” Odisha is thus developing operational guidelines to guarantee successful implementation. After the speeches, the Bhubaneswar innovation center officially opened for business with the soft opening of Logile’s India division.
