Amlan’s academic roots lie in the esteemed Xavier Institute of Management (XIM), where he completed his Master’s degree. His time at Accenture introduced him to structured problem-solving and enterprise-level operations. At Google, he observed how global companies use technology to ensure precision and consistency. Flipkart and Zivame familiarized him with the speed, customer focus, and scalability required in India’s booming e-commerce space. His stint at Noon in Dubai added an international dimension, exposing him to high-velocity logistics, cross-cultural teams, and large-scale digital operations. Each experience left a distinct imprint, shaping his belief that Indian manufacturing could and should operate at the same level of efficiency and accuracy as the world’s best.
This belief led to the birth of AKP.HYMX. Amlan recognized a critical gap in the RMC sector: the need for technologically advanced, reliable, and large-scale concrete production powered by strong systems rather than only manpower.
