Bollywood actress Mrunal Thakur has been tested positive for COVID 19. The Jersey actress is showing mild symptoms and has isolated herself for precaution. She wrote: “I have tested positive for COVID-19. As of today, I have mild symptoms but I’m feeling ok and have isolated myself. I am following the protocol given by my doctor and health professionals.” She added in her statement, “If you have been in contact with me, request you to please, please get tested immediately. Stay safe everyone.”
Earlier this week, her most awaited flick of the year Jersey was postponed indefinitely due to rise of COVID cases in India. While the makers of Jersey were looking for direct OTT release, Shahid Kapoor is keen on making the release of the movie on big screens. For that even, he has reduced his salary to compensate for the loss the film will occur.
