BHUBANESWAR: A high-level delegation from the Odisha government, led by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, is set to host a two-day investor conference and road show in Mumbai this Friday and Saturday. The initiative aims to attract significant investments to the state, with a focus on promoting Odisha as a prime industrial destination.
Joining the Chief Minister on this mission are Industries Minister Sampand Swamy and senior state government officials. The conference will include key meetings and presentations to potential investors, showcasing Odisha’s business-friendly environment and upcoming projects.
As part of his visit, Majhi will also participate in the prestigious ‘India Chem’ programme, organized by the Central Government, on Friday. On Saturday, the Odisha delegation is scheduled to hold talks with over 300 investors, setting the stage for the state’s flagship industrial summit, ‘Utkarsh Odisha – Make In Odisha 2025,’ which will be held on January 28 and 29 in Bhubaneswar.
This investor conference follows a similar event held earlier this month in New Delhi, as the Odisha government continues its efforts to attract industries and investments that will drive economic growth in the state.
