Odisha Congress Unveils Manifesto for Nuapada Bypoll, Promises Development and Justice

The Odisha Congress promised development and justice in its platform for the next by-election in the Nuapada Assembly Constituency today. The venue for the occasion was Khuntia Bhavan in Nuapada. Attendees included former Union Minister Srikant Jena, previous OPCC presidents Niranjan and Jayadev Patnaik, former minister Jagannath Patnaik, MP Saptagiri Ulaka, Congress Legislature Party Leader Ram Chandra Kadam, and President of the Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee Bhakta Charan Das. For the district’s development, they asked people to choose Congress candidate Ghasiram Majhi.
