Ollywood actress and wife of BJD MP Anubhav Mohanty, Varsha Priyadarshini on Wednesday approached the Purighat Police Station in Cuttack again and lodged a fresh FIR against her in-laws.
In her complaint, Varsha has reportedly accused her in-laws of intentionally harassing her by snapping electricity connection to the air conditioner and TV set in her room.
Anubhav Mohanty and Varsha Priyadarshini have been embroiled in family dispute. In the past, Anubhav lodged a complaint with the Delhi Patiala Court against Barsha. Varsha then went to the Supreme Court. Varsha requested that the case be heard by her husband from Delhi to Cuttack Family Court. The Supreme Court ruled in favor of her. The apex court had directed that the case be heard in Cuttack Family Court, not Patiala House Court. Varsha’s lawyer informed the media about the transfer of the case.
Now Varsha filed a fresh case against her in laws for harassing her which has once again pulled Anubhav and his family to controversy. Hours before lodging the complaint, the actress, posted a quote on her Twitter handle which reads, “Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength”.
