If you have heard the rooster in the morning and it’s 4:30 AM, your wake-up call is here and it works well for you. The headspace that you need is available, and the motions of life are in pure control.

You are probably one among millions who know the pearls of embracing life and seizing the day to bring many advantages for you.

Your wake-up call and biological clock are in perfect sync, and a virtual pat on the back is in the offering for you. Jumping out of bed, hitting the road, and skating through the duties that make you happy; all covered for your position in the world and a little posterity.

Middling, and life-bending! Yes, those are the words that screw us back into the coddles and make us realize the insipidness that we have witnessed. One begins to notice the smallest skirmishes and wounds that have been self-inflicted and borne out of our lack of discipline.

A wake-up call could benefit us in shaping back into a schedule that is well thought out and places us back into a better frame of mind. A wake-up call makes us put a premium on our mental health and overall peace and create a system that runs on merit and mindfulness.

Identify your wake-up call

It’s neither easy nor is it tediously difficult; however, wake-up calls can be swiped under the carpet, ignored and completely fenestrated. When looked at rationally, they are ideal pitstops in the race that we began many years ago.

Without being too alarmed and considering ourselves blessed to be alive, let us be shaken up to recreate the purpose that once defined us.

Short breaks in between are only to recoup and regroup and prepare for the life that is pregnant with ideas that have all the makings of a life well lived with new self-made goalposts.
