Ace shuttler, Pramod Bhagat who won a Gold medal in the Tokyo Paralympics 2020 returned to India on September 6 received a grand welcome on his arrival at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport in New Delhi.
According to the reports, Bhagat who couldn’t control his emotions stated that he dedicate this medal to all Indians including the state of Odisha and his friends and well-wishers who never gave up on him.
Hundreds of fans, followers, government officials and Sports Authority of India (SAI) officials were present at the airport to receive Bhagat and later he was then taken to Hotel Ashoka along with other medal-winning athletes who were scheduled to be felicitated by the SAI authorities.
