Three pilgrims were killed and four others seriously injured in a stampede at the Khat Shyam Temple in Sikar, Rajasthan on Monday morning. A rush was reported at 5 am when a large number of devotees gathered for darshan during Ekadasi.
As per information, all three victims were female believers. The departed bodies have been kept in the mortuary of the Khatushyamji Hospital, where the deceased’s bodies will undergo an autopsy.
The injured were identified as Shivcharan (50), Manohar (40), Indra Devi (55) and Anoj(40). One of the four injured victims’ condition was critical and has been transferred to Jaipur Hospital.
