Heavy Rainfall till August 11 expected in Odisha

Over the next two days, areas of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha may see heavy to extremely severe rainfall (up to 204 mm in 24 hours), according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).Heavy downpours are expected on Wednesday, especially in Madhya Maharashtra’s ghat regions, which include the districts of Pune and Satara. Over the last week, the monsoon has continued to be active over the nation. The monsoon trough will continue to be south of its typical location into the weekend, according to the Met department.
