Dikhyaa Mohanty The civic authorities in the capital city here are mulling to distribute the bicycles of ‘Mo Cycle’ public bike sharing (PBS) system among slum children as the initiative could not produce the desired results.
A proposal to distribute the bicycles among either slum children or school students was unanimously accepted at a recent council meeting of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), sources said.
