In the extortion and money laundering case, the Orissa High Court on Wednesday granted conditional release to Jagabandhu Chand, the husband of lady blackmailer Archana Nag.
In the charges involving Archana and her colleague Sharadhanjali Behra, Jagabandhu is reportedly a co-accused. On December 22 of last year, the Enforcement Directorate detained him in response to a complaint made at the Khandagiri police station in the nation’s capital.
The extortion of powerful individuals by using unacceptable films as blackmail and an ED case are the two other instances that Jagabandhu is dealing with.
