According to Rahul Gandhi’s attorneys, the Congressman would ask the sessions court to suspend his sentence. Gandhi is anticipated to arrive in Surat at 2:00 PM. Ashok Gehlot, the chief minister of Rajasthan, KC Venugopal, a Rajya Sabha representative for the Congress, and other top party officials will also be in Surat.
