The “Kalas Yatra” was officially inaugurated today by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in conjunction with the state-wide “Meri Maati Mera Desh” initiative. In New Delhi, an Amrit Batika will be built on sacred land gathered from every panchayat in the nation and state. The Chief Minister remarked on this particular occasion that our martyrs and freedom warriors have contributed to the India of today. They will live on in memory forever. In honor of the nation’s innumerable sacrifices and liberation heroes, the Chief Minister said that Odisha is a sacred place.
“Many courageous souls have suffered martyrdom in defense of the nation’s independence and honor. We will all be motivated to work for the nation’s integrity and unity by the “Kalas Yatra,” he continued. Additionally, Patnaik praised the Prime Minister for considering a fantastic occasion. He declared that every Indian would regard the “Amrit Batika,” which is to be erected in New Delhi, as a site of pilgrimage. According to the Chief Minister, the Amrit Batika would inspire patriotism in all Indians and demonstrate to the next generation the significance of the warriors’ sacrifice. The “Meri Maati Mera Desh” program participants were praised by the Chief Minister.
