After a huge suspense Finally Congress has revealed to choose Rahul Gandhi from Raebareli and K.Lal sharma from amethi,as the cogress party declared its candidates’ list on this Friday.
According to sources on 20th may in the fifth round of seven-phase process,Today,Both Rahul Gandhi and KL Sharma will file their nominations and the last day for the same. Talking about X, Handel Congress said that the decision to field Rahul Gandhi from Raebareli and KL Sharma from Amethi was made at a meeting of the ‘Central Election Committee’.
KL Sharma,who is known as Congress loyalist will face Smriti Irani in Amethi in the elections. Meanwhile, on thrusday,Rahul Gandhi’s opponent would be Dinesh Pratap Singh, who was announced as the BJP’s pick from Raebarel ,
Talking to reporters on KL Sharma’s candidature from Amethi, Congress worker Yogendra Yadav exuded confidence in his win and said Sharma is a part of the Gandhi family.
“There is no disappointment. We will definitely win from here (Amethi). KL Sharma is also a part of the (Gandhi) family now. He has worked for the Gandhi family in Amethi for 30 to 35 years,” he said.Dinesh Singh lost the 2019 Lok Sabha polls to former Congress chief Sonia Gandhi.Talking to reporters on KL Sharma’s candidature from Amethi, Congress worker Yogendra Yadav exuded confidence in his win and said Sharma is a part of the Gandhi family.
KL Sharma, who is known as a key person, who handle both the constituencies of Amethi and Raebareli in the non-appearance of gandhis. and it is came to know that preparations are on its way for Rahul Gandhi’s road show at Raebareli and filling of nominations.
