It is really wonderful to see how Rakhi Kapoor has talked about several important topics that often go unnoticed. One such main topics is “Overcoming Toxic Relationships and Abuse.” I am really thankful to the Author Rakhi Kapoor for bringing out these topics which needed discussion. The book has several words that are explained in a wonderful way which is required for the general masses to understand . One such word is “Narcissistic Collapse”. Author Rakhi Kapoor has wonderfully explained what this phenomenon is and how the air of arrogance , egoistic behaviour from an narcissistic behaviour can leave a long lasting impression in the life of the victim and can hamper their self confidence and work massively.
