After receiving updates from the Railway Board about the launch of the Vande Bharat Express rake, said Railway authorities, the decision regarding the third trial run would be made on May 1.On Wednesday, the brand-new Vande Bharat buses departed the Integral Coach Factory in Chennai for Kolkata. The coaches will arrive in Odisha after undergoing initial maintenance in Kolkata, where the service would likely be launched following secondary maintenance.According to sources, Kolkata would host the construction of the express train’s major maintenance unit.Either Puri or Bhubaneswar will likely host the establishment of a supplementary maintenance unit.
