Fishermen in coastal states have been warned not to venture into the sea from next Friday in view of possible storms. Fishermen in the sea have already been ordered to return by Wednesday. Winds of 80 to 90 kmph are expected in and around Lakshadweep from Thursday. In some places, winds of up to 60 to 80 kmph may occur. The coastal areas of Kerala, Goa, Karnataka and Maharashtra are likely to experience winds till Sunday.
