Today, the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) unveiled its fourth slate of contenders for the forthcoming Odisha Assembly and General elections. Nine MLA candidates and one MP candidate were named by BJD president Naveen Patnaik. For the Balasore Lok Sabha seat, Lekhasri Samantasinghar has been nominated as the MP candidate.
The list of candidates for nine Assembly seats is as follows:

Baliguda: Chakramani Kanhar
Laxmipur: Prabhu Jani
Paradip: Gitanjali Routray
Sambalpur: Prasanna Acharya
Rairakhol: Rohit Pujari
Telkoi : Madhab Sardar
Talcher: Braja Pradhan
Narla: Manorama Mohanty
