Google and Apple have praised President Joe Biden’s steps for initiating immigration reforms recently. After taking the oath, the US President immediately signed the immigration Bill, promoting the American economy, creating jobs, and preserving the best talent worldwide.
Mr Biden conveyed a comprehensive immigration bill to Congress that proposes significant renovate to the system, including allowing legal status and a path to citizenship to tens of thousands of undocumented immigrants and other groups and reducing the time that family members must wait outside the US for green cards.
Apple CEO Tim Cook welcomed President Biden’s commitment to pursuing comprehensive immigration reform that reflects the American values of justice, fairness and dignity. In an official statement, he stated that Mr Biden’s effort would strengthen American communities and the pathways to America’s opportunity has long fostered.

Even Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google in his Twitter account, applauded Presidents Biden’s quick action on COVID relief, Paris climate accord and immigration reform. He Twitted- “Google has supported action on these crucial issues & we look forward to working with the new administration to help the US recover from the pandemic to grow our economy.
President Biden also issued a series of executive orders, ranging from rejoining the Paris agreement on climate change, halting America’s withdrawal from the World Health Organisation, revoking Muslim travel ban, stopping immediate construction of Mexico border wall and extending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) programme for another four years.
As per the reports, it is determined that some 11 million undocumented people are living in the US.
