Covid-19 Vaccination Resumes In Cuttack For 45 Year Old People

After two days of weekend shutdown, the vaccination drive for the Covid-19 has resumed across Odisha except for few places due to the unavailability of the vaccines.

According to the official report the elaborate arrangements at Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, Cuttack have been converted into a temporary mega vaccination centre for all above 45 years. The people who are taking their final vaccination shots are advised to visit the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, Cuttack.

As per the official CMC report, the indoor stadium has been made a centre for the Covid-19 vaccination for the beneficiaries who are waiting for their final dose to take and the stadium has enough space which can help maintain the adequate physical distance during the vaccination process.

The vaccination has begun at 9 am and will continue till 12 noon. And it will resume again at 3 pm for two hours. Beneficiaries are queuing up in front of the stadium and the official will vaccinate 600 beneficiaries as per the schedule and accordingly to that all the arrangements have been made.

Cuttack DCP Prateek Singh who will also present during the vaccination process stated that people are being given tokens and they have been advised to come as per their allotted slots. The vaccination drive will also continue at other centres across the city as per schedule. And those who have booked their slots have been asked to visit the centre at their turn, said the DCP.
