Daily Positive COVID cases in Odisha is showing gradual decline on an everyday basis. In the last 24 hours as per the reports of the I and PR department, the state has witnessed 3086 positive cases which is nearly 300 cases less than the previous day.
Out of the 3086 cases, 454 are from 0 to 18 age group. Khordha district, including the Capital region Bhubaneswar, registered 652 new infections, followed by 325 in Cuttack and 216 in Sundargarh, said the I&PR Department.
While four deaths were reported from Cuttack, two fatalities each were from Khordha and Puri districts. Besides, one death each was reported from Angul, Balasore, Bhadrak, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Malkangiri and Rayagada.
